Tower Grove House serves as a museum of Shaw’s life and the Victorian era. Our artifact collection includes items from Shaw’s personal effects, and about 85 percent of the furniture on display belonged to him. Other items in the collection, like fine silverware, date to the Victorian era in which the Garden was first conceived and began to grow. This collection is on public display at Tower Grove House on a seasonal basis.
